Ready-to-ship items are processed within 3–5 business days.
Custom orders typically ship within 1–2 weeks, depending on design complexity and order volume. - Shipping Methods:
All orders are shipped via USPS with tracking. International shipping is available—rates and delivery times vary by location. - Lost or Delayed Packages:
Once an order is shipped, delivery is the responsibility of the postal service. If your package is delayed or missing, please contact me and I’ll do my best to assist with tracking.
🔄 Returns & Exchanges
- All Sales Are Final:
Due to the handmade and often custom nature of my work, all sales are final. Please read product descriptions carefully and reach out with any questions before ordering. - Damaged Items:
If your item arrives damaged, please contact me within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. I will gladly offer a replacement or store credit, depending on the situation.

- Custom Work:
Custom designs are welcome and encouraged! Visit the Custom Work page to submit a request. A non-refundable deposit may be required for certain pieces. - Approval Process:
Once design details are finalized, I’ll send a confirmation before beginning work. Please allow 1–2 weeks for custom orders unless otherwise discussed.
